LAX-TPE-OKA-KIX

One celebrity sighting, two egg salad sandwiches to perfection,  two VERY long waiting pools and three plane rides; I finally made it safely under the hand of God.  Ah, the providence of God.  I have finally made it safe to my new placeJ-house 026 I call home……J-House (Jesus House)!! It has been about month since I first arrived here in Osaka, Japan  but, ministry has already taken off and have been really busy.  But, besides all the busyness the Lord has been faithful and I see His hand moving among the Japanese in Japan.  Here are some pictures from previous events/outreaches that J-House has hosted.

A snake museum plus a two year old = snake picture!  He sure does loves snakes.  He thinks they are cute!  While I on the other hand can’t be in the same room with them without having certain breathing problems kick in.  He sure does look cute though but, then again he looks cute with anything even though it may slither!

Saturday I headed down south of Okinawa to visit the famous Gyokusendo Cave at Okinawa world. At 5km long it is the longest cave in Okinawa and the second longest in all of Japan.   It was a spectacular view to say at least but, to be able to see the creation of our great Creator.  It  was a well worth trip filled with laughter and bats. Check out the video below;it will give you a better view of the cave and Okinawa World.

Pressing Forward!!

“From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live.” Acts 17:26

Today it dawned on me that I wasn’t in Los Angeles anymore but, that I was in a strange and foreign land that I thought I once knew but, it all seems like a dream now.  My journey is half way through. I had made it safely to Okinawa with another journey to “heart” of Japan…. OSAKA!  The journey here has been a long and hard one to say at least but, throughout every trail and every learning process whether it was good learning process or a hurtful one it has been with one purpose to serve the utmost highest Jesus Christ! Knowing that and knowing that He has directed my feet upon this path and nation again I have nothing to fear but, the Lord Himself.

This summer has been a interesting one to say at least.  But, in all and all it was one spent with family and love ones that I haven’t been able to see in a while.  From the venture in the hot desert plains to the streets of Little Tokyo it was a nice summer spent well and relax but, now I am ready to return to Japan.
